I had a generally pleasant stay at Transamerica Executive Paulista, though there were some hiccups. The location is fantastic, right next to Avenida Paulista, and I loved the spacious rooms. However, I did encounter some issues like poor shower pressure and maintenance that could be improved.

Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, but the shower cabin had mold and needed attention. The overall decor seems a bit dated but it was comfortable for my needs.
Service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable, though I found it odd that they charged for extra milk when I asked.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was so close to the bustling Paulista Avenue, making it easy to explore cafes and shops.
Dining

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. However, dinner options were disappointing, like simple dishes like a toasted ham & cheese sandwich that didn't meet expectations.
Facilities

The facilities included a nice pool with city views and a decent gym. Though the pool seemed a bit dated, it was still a nice place to relax.

7.0/10

My stay at Transamerica Executive Paulista was quite enjoyable overall. The hotel has a fantastic location near Avenida Paulista, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful, though a bit average in presentation. However, I was slightly disappointed that my coffee stash wasn’t refilled daily, and I faced a minor hiccup when trying to bring a snack to my sick husband in the room that was not allowed.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious, featuring a mini-fridge and a kettle, which was a nice touch for tea lovers like me. However, there was some noise from the street, making it a bit distracting at times.
Service

The staff were kind and polite throughout my stay, eager to help whenever I needed assistance.
Location

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and a decent gym, but the pool feels a bit dated. I appreciated having room service and laundry facilities during my stay.

My stay at Transamerica Executive Paulista was generally positive, though there were some drawbacks. The location is excellent, just a block away from Paulista Avenue, making it convenient for exploring the city. While the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful, I did notice some areas needing attention, like the outdated furniture in the rooms and issues with room service. Overall, I still found it a good place to stay and would likely return.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they felt a bit outdated. I appreciated the separate area with two armchairs, but there were definitely signs of age, like some worn furniture.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and quite helpful, but I had a few hiccups with room service and billing issues at the front desk. At times, it felt like they weren’t very eager to resolve the issues, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a block off Paulista Avenue. It made getting around São Paulo easy, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Dining

I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was plentiful and tasty. However, lunch and dinner options were limited, and I found the restaurant staff a bit less accommodating, which was a letdown.
Facilities

The rooftop terrace and small pool were nice amenities, though the pool could have been cleaner. I also appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the Transamerica Executive Paulista. The location is fantastic, right near Avenida Paulista and some great restaurants. However, I did encounter a few issues, like an outdated room and some challenges with credit card machines. Overall, there's a lot to appreciate about the place, especially the friendly staff and the good breakfast.

Breakfast was quite extensive, with lots of options including fruits and various breads, though it did get crowded. I wish they offered complimentary ice for the room instead of charging for it.
Facilities

The pool area was nice, but it wasn’t very clean during my stay. The gym and other facilities met my needs well enough.

My stay at Transamerica Executive Paulista was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right near Avenida Paulista, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the hotel definitely shows its age with some outdated features. Breakfast was decent but could’ve offered more variety. Overall, I could stay here again for convenience, but I’d hope for some upgrades next time.

Rooms
